· Language proficiency: You must score a minimum level in IRCC approved language tests.

· Work Experience: One year of a full-time or equal amount of part-time work experience with the right to work in Canada in the last three years from the time you apply. The work experience should be in one or more Canadian National Occupational Classification list (NOC) skill types - 0, A, or B. The duties performed by you must meet the duties set out in the occupational description of NOC.

· Admissibility: You must not be inadmissible under Canadian immigration law.

· Living in Canada: You must live and work outside Quebec; however, you do not have to settle in that respective province.

Candidates will not be eligible for the Canadian Experience Class if the candidate is:

· a refugee claimant in Canada

· working in Canada without authorization or having the right to work

· having work experience in Canada without any temporary resident status

· self-employed and has a student work experience
