These aim to address labor shortages and support local businesses. The Rural pilot targets sectors like healthcare, accommodation, and retail, while the Francophone pilot focuses on French-speaking skilled workers to enhance the Francophone community in Canada. Both pilots offer pathways to permanent residency.
